Uniforms

Preparation

In Navision:

  • Transfer required uniforms to Event-specific storage and name

In EventisCC:

  • Create an Event
  • Create an Event Group
  • Add Event(s) to Event Group
  • Edit the Event Group, and set the field Navision Inventory ID to the name used in Navision
  • Navigate to Event Group's Uniform page, and see stocked and issued uniforms

Issue Uniforms

  • Navigate to Event Group's Issue Uniforms page.
  • Type the employee's last name and select the employee.

If your PC/laptop is equipped with a webcam

  • Select the webcam from the Select Camera drop-down list
  • Click the Grant Access button and confirm the message to allow access to the camera
  • Employees need to look up their QR code from team.doco.com on their mobile phone
  • Press the Play button (green) to start the scanner
  • Scan the employee's QR code

  • Select the uniform items by checking the relevant Item ID checkboxes

  • Click Issue to store the transfer in the database

Return Uniforms

  • Navigate to Uniforms
  • Lookup employee or Scan QR code (as above)
  • From the list of uniform items issued to the employee, select the ones to return
  • If uniform items do not match, the size can be edited
  • Click the Return button to store the transfer in the database

Reporting

  • Navigate to the Event Group's Uniforms page to see stocked and issued uniforms
  • Navigate to the Event Group's Uniforms Log page to see the log file for each uniform issued and returned
  • Navigate to the Event Group's Outstanding Uniforms page to see which employees still have uniform items
  • Navigate to the Employee's Uniforms page to see which uniform items have been issued to the employee.
  • The employee will be able to view his items in the upcoming version (V2) on team.doco.com
